Gas Supply to Power Markets - Legal and Policy Developments

The Dallas Bar Association's Energy Law Section held its 38th annual Review of Energy Law Conference on August 17-18, 2023 in Dallas, Texas. My paper presented at the event examined recent law and policy issues impacting gas and electricity markets in the US and particularly in Texas. It highlights the importance of resilience and reliability in ensuring the security of energy supply.
